You must be at least 13 years old to use Bayo. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are registering as a restaurant owner, you confirm that you have the authority to represent the business.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Do not post false, misleading, or offensive reviews
  • Do not attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform
  • Do not create multiple accounts to abuse the system
  • Do not use Bayo for any illegal purpose
  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them

4. Restaurant Owner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your restaurant
  • Ensure menu prices and availability are current
  • Only upload images you own or have rights to use
  • Do not misrepresent your restaurant or its offerings
  • Bayo reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (menus, images, descriptions). By uploading content to Bayo, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Bayo's logo, design, and code are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimer

Bayo displays information provided by restaurant owners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any restaurant information, menu items, or prices. Always confirm details directly with the restaurant before visiting.

7. Account Termination

Bayo reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Restaurant listings may be removed at our discretion if they are found to be inaccurate, harmful, or in violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Bayo after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
